* Self Administered Accounts are maintained by the client using our web based email access. Standard I-O will set a maxium email account limit. The client will be charged the maximum account limit regardless of how many accounts are in use at a given time. Clients are responsible for contacting Standard I-O to adjust the account limit setting for billing (no charge). Self administered accounts do not come with client email support. Standard I-O will charge support calls at the rate fo $75 per hour (half hour minimum) for all self-administered client support.

Disaster Recovery Policy for Co-location

  • In the event of hardware failure or end user error, disaster recovery services are available from Standard I-O, Inc. at a rate of $95 per hour. If the failure is due to Standard I-O, Inc.'s error or equipment failure, this service will be provided at no charge.
  • Standard I-O, Inc. liability is limited to the value of the hardware.
