| Set Up and Design |
Using your logo, website, and other corporate branded materials, our
design team will develop a custom designed newsletter that meets the
specific needs of your company or organization and speaks to your clients.
Design time is set to 4 hours - time spent beyond this will be billed
at an hourly rate.

| Monthly Fee |
The monthly fee is a flat fee to pay for hosting your individual database
of images, articles, events, banner adds, sponsor logos, and subscriber
information.

| Sending Fees |
There is no sending fee for the first 1,000 emails (newsletter) sent
per month. After a 1,000 email quota per month has been reached, $.005
per email will be added to the monthly total bill.
For example, a customer with a subscription base of 100 could send
a newsletter 10 times per month. A customer with a subscription base
of 1,000 could send the newsletter only 1 time per month. If a customer
with a subscription base of 1,000 sends the newsletter out a second
time in a month, they would be charged 1,000 x .005 for a total bill
of $15 (sending fee of $5 and standard monthly fee of $10). A customer
with a subscription base of 10,000 would pay the standard $10 monthly
fee, $45 for the first time the newsletter was sent in a month (9,000
x .005, the first 1,000 are free), and an additional $50 for each additional
time the newsletter was sent that month, which would come to $105 (sending
fee of $45 and $50, and standard monthly fee of $10). Below are some
